We purchased our e bikes from the chino store.. not such a great experience. I wanted them to be serviced so i took them to the Claremont location... what a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got a tutorial on the bike.. features that we did not even know it had. They even helped me load the bikes on the rack. It was the best service... thank you for making my day!

Very honest. I have a big beach cruiser that might or might not need two chains for chain replacement. They economized by using and charging for just one. Very clear in the explanation on when and why chain replacement is needed.
