I got my new Trek Marlin 5 bicycle here on Memorial Day weekend. It was pretty busy, but the staff were still very friendly and available to service us. They only took a day to assemble the bike, and I love it! I'm extremely happy with it!

I like your selection, you had inventory and in particular, the bike I was looking for! Your sales staff was quick to offer assistance, but I was an easy sale since I was looking for a particular bike and you had it!
Before hand I checked with the Trek website and it listed your store as having the bike!
Brought my Madone in mid day for a bottom bracket adjustment and new bar tape. I thought about a couple of days sounded right. It was done in 3 hours and got to pick up the same afternoon!!! Crushing it!

I am a DIYer and I usually build my own bicycles. I've done this for years and I've built many bicycles.
So-- for the first time I'm tasked with building a modern generation road bike with electronic shifting and Hydraulic brakes. The challenge is unique and there are some new parts and challenges that are not necessary on a traditional cable equipped bicycle.
So I stopped by Jax with my questions and was assisted by Anders who was experienced and possessed technical knowledge that helped me bridge some of my lack of experience with modern Shimano electronics.
Even though I wasn't buying a bicycle, Anders still assisted me and helped me source some of the parts that were not typically on the shelf in a traditional bike store. (i.e. Di2 Battery seat post installation kits, brake caliper post mount adapters, Hydraulic brake flange bolts and compression nuts, etc.) These items are not typically found on the showroom floor.
I've always appreciated Jax Bicycle Center. The expertise and customer service they offer to bicycle enthusiasts is exceptional--even ones who haven't purchased a bicycle from Jax!
That level of customer service is above most bike stores - and non existent with online retailers.
I would recommend Anders and the team to all of my friends looking for a Bike.
Jax has a huge selection of bikes, all varieties. Had not been in your store in a number of years and found myself driving by on way to sons. So we stopped by and ignited my wife’s desire for an ebike. New you would have the color she would like so I stopped by. Your staff was extremely courteous and helpful. All in all was a great experience . Thanx again.
