Although your service manager was busy at the time working on something else, he dropped what he was doing and came right out to help me. I needed a tube replaced under warranty. He said, “no problem, I’ll get right on it” and immediately started working on my bike. He directed me to the sink to wash my son’s greasy hands. I was out in less than 10 minutes! Great service!

I dropped my bike off to get tuned up and Will was awesome in helping to answer all of my questions and to take the time to explain things to me - incredible customer service and really nice guy! When I picked my bike up, Jeff assisted me, and he was also awesome - took the time to answer all of my questions and go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied - also a really nice guy! Very satisfied with Jax LB and will be coming back!
Came in, with little knowledge of bicycle mechanics, and a little stressed about my road bike's condition. Clay welcomed me and gave me a great experience. He was very communicative about what his diagnosis was, what he's wants to do to it... and continued to work with me on what minor alterations could be done to make it perfect.
I'll come back to work with Clay, specifically, any day. Give that man raise!!

Hi there. We arrived and needed new bikes as our old bikes were crushed by a moron falling trees. We met Will. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable. Lots of integrity. Showed us what would work for us. Never tried to oversell us. Was patient with my wife who changes her mind every five minutes. We left with the right equipment and we really like our new bikes. Will seemed very genuine and really tried to meet our needs. Thank you 😊
