Collin and Thomas were both amazing! They answered all of my questions and explained some of the new features on the bike that I purchased. They were professional, patient, and very friendly. I got a great deal on my Fuel EX and I am extremely happy with my shopping experience that day at the Fullerton Jax location. I would definitely return for services or parts. I have already referred a friend to pay Collin and Thomas a visit.
Service personnel are friendly, professional, and timely in getting things taken care of and us back to riding safely. I appreciate so much being able to walk in, get my bike serviced (most of the time right then and there) and walk out same day (most of the time, depending on how badly I damaged my bike). I especially want to give a shout out to Clay. He's helped me a couple of times and was amazing with me, my kids, and our bikes.
Joe helped my daughter and I choose the best bike for her last weekend. She loves the bike.

We only purchase our bikes from Jax because we like the service and support they provide. Near the end of a great bike ride I suddenly developed a flat tire. We were able to take the bike directly over to Jax and they fixed it while we waited. And on a holiday! Great service! Thank you

The quick, friendly service. The only issue I had, was the bike I purchased was a wrong size for me. They swapped it out, with zero issues.

It was unfortunate that my first contact person was lazy and showed no interest in my needs he was from your Claremont location. Joe is amazing he immediately put me in touch with Anders Mattsson another gentleman who stepped in confirmed my order and assisted me with the correct and proper tracking numbers. I’am happy to say and share with you that these two men should not have their hard work go unnoticed!
