The people at Jax Murrieta are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Though they did not have the cycling shoes in stock that I needed, they ordered them for me and received the shipment within a couple days and immediately informed me they had them. The customer service is above and beyond. The guys who assisted me were professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to answer all my questions. Ironically, there is another bike shop closer to my house, but I only trust Jax, so the extra drive is more than worth it.

There were plenty of choices of the product that I was interested in. It’s nice to be able to walk into a store and buy some thing and not have to order it and wait for it. Also, Will was very knowledgeable helpful and just really a nice guy.
My wife and I went in to purchase a couple of beach bikes. Although we had a general idea, Andres did an amazing job of explaining some key differences and options. He also suggested and insisted we all together go on a test ride to make sure we're happy and comfortable with our choices. He got everything right and cared for us through the pick up day, including his concern and suggestion of what paths to take back to our place.
The whole experience was a genuine and traditional retail experience that is almost extinct elsewhere.
