Fast and professional service, the service team really know bikes and were able to address issues with my Parlee Road Bike. I opted for the full-service option and it was good value for money. The mechanic found some issues, communicate them to me and was able to get everything addressed and turnaround in a couple of day. I am a happy and satisfied customer.
I am happy to feel I found a bike shop with REAL bike mechanics, professional and efficient. My bikes were dusty and broke down when I brought them in and they did an excellent job repairing and when I got my bikes back they were cleaner as well! I dropped my bicycle off to replace the handlebars and tune-up. Thomas did a great job replacing the handle bars and tune-up my bicycle. He would call me if there was any issues with it. Thank you Thomas. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Staff goes above and beyond every time I go. Dom helped me with my sons tire and showed me how to repair the inner tube that was not available at the time. I purchased patches and a pressure gage. I will always go there even though I don’t have a fancy bike because I know they will give me a fair price, and maybe a few tips to help me out, which means a lot. Thank you Jax and Dom for your help!
Jason fixed my bike last Sunday. Needed new tires and inner tubes. He totally went the extra mile to get me back on the road, which was hard as he was by himself in the shop on a Sunday. He is a great employee and extremely knowledgeable. He is also a nice person. It would be much appreciated by me if someone from management could let Jason know what a positive experience he provided. This is why I would never go anywhere else for cycling support.

I purchased my bike three years ago in Chino Hills. The staff were extremely helpful in getting me on the appropriate bicycle to meet my needs. The best thing I did was buy the Flat Pack service. When I have had flats I take it in and the JAX team takes care of it. It saves me a lot of time and trouble. I have used the Claremont and Yorba Linda locations also. They take care of all my needs and concerns.
