They didn't try up selling us, and they taught us how a helmet should sit and what components are most important, while having my 4 year old try different sizes. Excellent customer service from the salespeople to the service dept. I like that the store offers complete bike repairs in store and does not send my bike to a different location for service.

The sales associate was very attentive and listened to what I wanted in a bike. I'm not a true cyclist, but do enjoy a leisurely ride at local paved bike trails and also at the beach. I needed a bike that had a short frame with an adjustable seat that would allow me to place my feet on the ground while sitting on the seat. I was shown a few bikes that were in my price range. I really appreciated that he did not attempt to sell me a bike way above my budget. I felt very comfortable during the process.

Jason was amazing. Every time I come in he helps me find exactly what I need and this time he was able to package and ship my bike to me in TX after I moved. Always friendly and always knowledgeable. I am just sad I will no longer be able to come into the store for all my needs. However, I will continue to tell my friends in the area to come to see him for all their bicycle needs.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Brent is AMAZING. Very patient and a great teacher for me as I am a novice cyclist. Got my beach cruiser tuned up and a lot of important accessories added such as lights and a lock...and of course a basket and bell! Thanks for excellent service that went beyond expectations. I will be back.
