I brought my bike in to Jax for the Shimano Recall, and my crankset needed to be replaced. The service team at Jax did a though job with the install of the new crankset, shortened my chain and tightened a loose rear cassette. My bike looked like new when I picked it up.
The service team was very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer.

Very satisficed with my in store experience and every one was most helpful polite and professional specially store manager Branxton.
Large clean shop. Friendly staff. They had exactly what we wanted and even had a second bike delivered from Huntington Beach in a timely manner. Our bikes were ready to pick up and Paul was helpful in showing us some of the features of the bike. There were a couple of things he did not know about the bike and he should probably consult the manual or someone who does know before helping the next customer. Still, Paul gets an A for everything else he did for us.
