We recently purchased two Trek adult bikes and one child. From the minute I called the Laguna Niguel store Johnny was nothing short of amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and made sure that I felt confident in moving forward with our large purchase. I spoke to him several times and even visited the store before making a final decision. Please recognize Johnny for his outstanding customer service. I think good service is important and not valued enough. I wanted to make sure that he assisted us in person after our phone conversations. It is rare to find someone at a store who exudes passion for what they do every day. You can tell that he truly enjoys the biking industry and wants all the customers to learn and be happy.
