I took my mountain bike for a tuneup. They explained thoroughly the tuneup options based on an initial inspection of all parts of the bike. The tuneup was completed in 48 hours as promised. High rating for their focus on providing exceptional service.

I went to Jack’s bicycle on the 11th Saturday afternoon because my wife and son had dropped two bikes off to get Repair which I always buy the Fix flat repair package on every bike that I have apparently one of the bikes did not have the package from what my wife told me, but when I arrived on Saturday, the gentleman took the extra time to find it I really appreciate it and everything turned out. Great I appreciate customer service like that nowadays wherever you go, they always have a habit of saying it’s not there. Nothing that I can do about it, but this gentleman took the time and indeed. And they took care of it

Impeccable customer service from everyone. Went to service an old bike and was only in town for several hours. They serviced my bike and did it with a level of respect forgotten in today’s society. Even though I’m 40miles away no doubt I’ll service my bike here again. Worth the trip.
