The tech you helped us with our bicycle purchase was very knowledgable and kind. He made our son feel comfortable trying out bikes, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our son has been happily zooming around the last two days.
We stopped by on a Saturday. One of their employees helped us right away to find the product we needed (pedals for a mountain bike), put the bike on a lift, and quickly installed the pedals. We also decided to buy a water bottle holder, which he again installed for us right away. It was great to walk in and get such prompt service, as one of the pedals had broke, rendering the bike un-rideable. Thanks a lot, and we look forward to shopping here in the future.

Jeff was an incredible resource for us as a family. We went in yesterday looking to purchase two bikes for our kids. They were their first new bikes and Jeff showed an incredible amount of patience with us as we decided which bikes were going to be the best for our kids. He offered so much insight and had great, honest recommendations. We were so pleased with our visit.
