I traveled overseas with my Trek bike and the disc brakes bent a little. Called Jax and brought the bike and was out of there within 30 minutes. Great Service, great price and surely will continue to be a Jax customer. They know about bikes.

Jax Bikes is a great store. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and helpful. They actually stirred us in the direction to take the warranty on our tube that we had installed a couple years back. With that we received free fixes, on our bike tube. Worked out great!

I was in search of a thief-proof bike lock, and Jax has several options from which to choose. The friendly sales associate greeted me upon entry and guided me through lock options to help me select the best lock for my bike. Since my current cable bike lock was recently tampered with, I was feeling more motivated than normal to find a stronger solution. I picked a chain-style lock at a reasonable price that offers tougher protection than my now-compromised cable lock.
I also talked with the sales associate about outfitting my 15-year-old bicycle with a new kickstand, since its original kickstand has fallen off. He consulted with the mechanic, and they both assured me that all I need to do is bring in my bike and the mechanic will install my older bike with a suitable kickstand.
I was having a bad-luck day before walking into Jax Bicycle Center, but I left the store feeling much better. I highly recommend this store for friendly, caring customer service and ongoing bicycle maintenance.

The service was great! Extremely helpful and informative regarding the products. The employee took time to show me how the tire pumps work. I also purchased a new bell which she put on my bike. I appreciate the time and effort that was given to me while working with her.

After I picked up my bike I took it back to have the service schedule reset. It was taken care of immediately and with apology (wasn't necessary). The service people are very nice and friendly.
I was having a difficult time finding a bike rack that would accommodate a beach cruiser type bicycle and still fit on my car. JAX was recommended to me by another bicycle company. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and courteous. Looked me in the eye when speaking to me. He was able to find a bike rack and adapter that worked for my situation. How one is treated when entering a store sets the scene for the experience. I would definitely recommend JAX to others,
I recently had a road bike serviced at Jax Bicycle which also included new handlebar tape. When I picked it up, I noticed the wrap job was messy . I mentioned it to the mechanic and he immediately put the bike on the rack and fix it. Very professionally.

Good selection and great staff. I purchased a bag online and was notified it was ready. I arrived 30 minutes early before store opening after a very long drive but was let in to pick up my bag so that I did not have to wait outside. Employees who were working and getting the store ready to open were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Great customer service. Other businesses need to learn from these guys. I will be back again when I need other items.
