The Cyclist helped me with an unexpected repair on my mountain bike. I was able to purchase a replacement tire and tube immediately and get mobile again.
The customer service by Cole was 5 Star service and I was very impressed in all aspects.

Amazing!! first time in the store, I broke a part on my bike so I brought it in. Thomas went above and beyond to help me. I’m new to cycling so he taught me how to change a tire, and patch a hole. He spent a lot of time with my mom and I, making sure we knew the basics of cycling. 10/10 recommendation
Came in to buy a new saddle and handle bar grips. Met John who was very patient and knowledgeable. Left with the products and a nice feeling of having been instructed by an expert. The prices weren’t bad either so a great experience alltogether!

The manager David has the best customer service I've seen from any industry.
My issue was diagnosed before I could be input as a new customer at the front counter. The warranty issue I came in to fix was completed perfectly. The previous store I went to about this issue did not remedy the situation and it escalated to the point of bike failure. The warranty work was done quickly and when I arrived at the store the tech took all the time I needed to answer my questions and along with questions I had about another bike.
