Friendly helpful service
I showed up Christmas Eve with a bike I bought on marketplace for my daughter that had a bum tire. They took the time right before closing to change the inner tube for me and were able to get it done before closing time. I am forever grateful! Saved Christmas
I bought a bike from the Long Beach store way back in 1994 that I still have. Buying parts for it after it was recently recovered from a theft. Much sentimental value, both the bike and the store!

Good knowledge and repair skills
I went into Jax’s desperately looking for some help finding a charger for my E bike after the company went out of business and I was no longer to order a charger from them. I had visited several other stores and nobody really wanted to help or put the time and effort in to locate a charger that would work. I was fortunate to be helped by Andreas who was willing to help and did research to find a charger that was compatible with my bike. He went way above and beyond and I am so thankful to him.
Jax’s is lucky to have such a kind, caring and compassionate employee, in Andreas.
