The people in the shop are really friendly, helpful and passionate about bicycling and enjoy sharing knowledge.
After having a Peak Performance tune up, I took it back because I wasn't sure about the rear brake. They looked at it, did a test ride, agreed and fixed it free of charge. And they did it while I waited which was nice since I stopped on my way home after a ride.
They promptly assessed the condition of the bicycle and kindly explained the appropriate steps and process. The repair was done very professionally and with excellent care.

I find the products to be very high-quality, but the service is to the star is good. The employees are truly caring people and intelligent. I called them the Bike doctors because they don’t just take care of my bike, but they also take care of my day. Wonderful, wonderful people.
so amazingly helpful. answered my questions on the phone, squeezed me in, took a lot of time to help me and fix my bike with great care and then gave me the best deal in town. Also, my child has a cheap target bike but i was able to gather detail about the great quality and beautiful bikes assembled at Jax to change and that the current one is too small. the expertise, the really caring service, and it being the home of all things bike, and the flat pack is a great help. i have had the wheels on my bob stroller maintained for 8 years on that 60$.

I bought a bike basket on sale and got my gears fixed. The staff was extremely friendly and even put the basket on my bike. Didn’t ask them to do it, they brought it upon themselves. Probably because I looked really tired since I had to walk my bike a few miles haha. Great
