In Southern CA, it’s not hard to find the bike you want. I go to Jax for the people, the knowledge they bring, and the good service. My son and I counted about 15 bikes I’ve purchased there. It’s a great shop.
Braxton and his team are amazing, so easy to work with, im a biker but zero idea on how to fix a bike. they are so great explaining me how thinks work and what i should do. the team is so focus into customer service and i really appreciate them
i just recently got a new bike and i noticed that it doesnt have the quick release if i need to fix a flat tire, it requires a tool, Braxton immediately handle me the tool needed to remove the tire and the best part...... free of cost.
another example, i just got a bike seat for kids and Braxton help me installing it without a hesitation, my granddaughter is so happy enjoying the trails with me
