Jax provided a quick greeting as we walked in and Johnny provided an expert consultation and test ride with my 11yo son and me.
They were able to come through on ordering the Trek M5G3 in Miami Green and delivery within just a couple days, professionally assembled.
Pickup was smooth and a good review and Johnny also offered to help load her up.

The customer service was some of the best customer service i’ve received in a very long time. I worked with Robert and let me tell you how professional and customer service friendly he was! I went in for a road bike and from the start Robert assisted me with what he thought was the best bike for me while still catering to my price range. He took the time to really explain to me the pros of the bike I wanted and any additional add ons. As a customer Robert made me feel sure that I was making the right choice and his attitude and patience was very appreciated! Robert is a HUGE reason why I will be going back to Jax for another bike, parts, service, etc. Thank you Robert for making this experience such an amazing experience and for working with myself and my wife to make it all happen! I appreciate you Robert!
The 3 dudes at service area were very friendly, wanted to help and answered all my questions. The service was super fast in less than an hour my bike was ready. I will definitely come back!!!
Friendly staff, and very helpful in answering my questions. No pressure tactics to try and get you to buy something. Perfectly OK to just browse and learn about the different bikes and accessories that they have.
