Great shop. Went in looking for new clipless pedals and shoes but with the great advise of staff walked out with something better (tough getting out of pedals after two knee replacements!) Thank you - we always shop at Idaho Mtn Touring when we visit Boise.

Initial service was quick. When I came to pick up, I needed something else done to the bike, and they were able to get that done in less than ten minutes.

The staff were super friendly, knew the products well and provided great mechanical support. I did not have an appointment but Braxton was able to make immediate repairs to my road bike when I dropped by and the costs were very affordable. This was my second great experience with this shop.

Walked in, immediately approached by team member to help me with my bike I was frustrated over. Service was quick and done correctly, no pushing, up front and honest with what I was looking for, made suggestions and gave me few options to choose according to my budget. It was a nice and smooth visit to the store.
High quality, lots of variety
I'm always greeted when I enter the store, which is nice. I'm continually impressed with the customer service at the bike repair desk - staff are friendly, explain everything thoroughly, and do a great job with maintenance and repairs.
They offered to help install the product for free
I went there with a flat tire. The service guy acknowledged me right away and was able to fix the tire with a new tube and within about 10 minutes I was out of there.
