As a slightly overweight senior citizen woman I am often overlooked at sporting good stores. At the Meridian ID Mountain Touring shop the staff were busy with other customers but said greeted me when I came in. I needed new clips for my road bike shoes, but was also interested in trying a gravel bike. The staff spent time with me, looked for more bikes my size in the the other store, and found the new clips I needed. I did buy the gravel bike and I love it.

You guys were great! You were tenacious in getting the new tires for my bike which had to come from back east and in limited availability. You serviced and repaired both of our bikes and the new tires make them ride very smooth. You kept us updated on the progress and did exactly what you said you would do.

Outstanding customer service and attitude
The bikes that we bought are great but the service that we received, both in Meridian and Boise, was incredible. Not too often that the customer service experience is that good. We have been back a few times, to ask questions and to buy accessories, and service continues to be excellent.
We bought two e-bikes, Gazelle and Trek. The e-bikes are awesome and are more than expected.
The only thing we would do different is to have a walk through on the e-bikes electronics, such as how do we know if it is turned off, how to best utilize the information on the controller.
I ordered the winter coat for my dog and it fits perfectly and is such high quality! He looks great and will be warm. Fast delivery and I love that it is a local shop
I took my bike in to change my tires out and they were very helpful, did the work more quickly than promised and did some extra needed adjustments at no cost.
I am very happy!

I loved that you were open on a Sunday, one of the few days I had time to bring my bike in. I love you have sliding doors for easy bike/person access. I loved the kind way I was treated, even though I know nothing about bike maintenance or parts. Owen suggested I go get a cup of coffee and come back in 20 minutes. When I came back, he had diagnosed the problem with my borrowed mountain bike and gave me a very reasonable quote to fix it. When I came back to get the bike, I was also treated kindly with prompt service. Thank you!

Mike from Idaho Mountain Touring, on Cherry Lane and Linder, went far and above the call of duty in fixing my front sprocket shifting mechanism. The extra time he spent searching the internet for a new one, which couldn't be found anywhere because of the older style mechanism I have, to actually searching through recycled/used parts in downtown Boise, was incredible. He was able to get my shifting mechanism installed and the shifter working properly so I could enjoy riding my bike again. Excellent job Mike!
