Service was amazing, and super kind. Unfortunately, not nearly as much choice as downtown. We found only part of what we were looking for, and got redirected to downtown store for the rest, that we found actually found there.

Dax was fantastic to work with as always My wife and I bought a new mountain bike for our son who was turning 14. Dax spent all the time I needed to make the right decision and then set up a time for my son to personalize the bike (pedals and handlebar grips). From start to finish the experience was full of top level hospitality.
My thanks to Charlie and Owen for helping me with the grips on my E bike. On transport to the Greenbelt yesterday, my bike fell down off of the rack, dragging one of the handlebars through the dirt until I could get over to the side of the road.
