Great service and help in deciding which bike rack to purchase. They even helped to call and see if I could get the free bag, which we did. Very helpful and follow up when it arrived. Store location is great and not hard to get to with plenty of parking.

I mean daaaang! Just got back from a trip to ahem, well their namesake and decided I absolutely needed a pair of Fubuki Niseko 3.0 boots. They were surprisingly affordable and EVEN more affordable because they were on a wicked sale. Can it get more better? Well maybe! I ordered them on a Friday around 3pm and paid for ground shipping and I was peacocking around the neighborhood by 2pm the next day.

I came into the store with a broken ski binding that needed to be replaced. It turns out, the binding isn't available anymore. Also, the binding is epoxied to the ski and there is no guarantee that it could be removed without damaging the ski. Fortunately, for me the staff offered alternatives that were about the same price for me to walk out with demo skis. They went the extra mile that turned out as a win for me and I think a win for them!

You carry gear that is not sold in my state. For example, you carry backcountry alpine ski equipment which cannot be purchased here.
