Employees are helpful without being annoying. They just check in on you and see how you are doing and aren't pushy. The Boise store has a great vibe and feels like it should be in a small mountain town. Prices are comparable to other similar stores and nothing feels overpriced because it is in a local store. More options than the big name store.

Awesome service! Ordered bindings for my skis that I saw were available at Boise location so I did a pick up order. Also saw bindings I needed for my snowboard but at meridian location. I ordered those for mail out but when I came into the Boise location later in the day they were able to provide me with both orders. Price was also great on both items and made me happy to be able to support a local business.

I placed an order on a Sunday, of all days so I wasn’t expecting much to happen until Monday but to my surprise it was already processed for shipping only a few hours later. I definitely wasn’t expecting that kind of turn around time. Very impressed with your service. What was even more impressive was the sale price I paid for these SRAM cranks. I’ve built a lot of bikes over the years and I always shop around for the best price I can get. Idaho Mountain was never even on my radar as a possibility. Now they will be one of the first places I check for great prices and service. I also pretty much ignore requests for reviews from companies I shop from, but I had to write this one. Thanks guys, service like this will keep me coming back.
