Great service team! Brian and others at IMT in Meridian were super helpful outfitting our family of 4 with new bikes. They were very good about getting different styles and sizes out to make sure we had the right bikes for each of us. When we had questions about colors or other styles they did great at pulling up pictures and answering all our questions. After purchasing, one of the bikes had an issue with the gear shift which they fixed the next day. Great team!

Quality products and exceedingly helpful and friendly service. The first gentleman that helped me in the bike repair shop worked with me to get my new bike assembled promptly, even when it should have taken longer due to how busy they were. I didn’t even buy the bike there. Then the next gentleman Johnny assembled my bike even sooner than expected and talked with me for over an hour to help me understand my new bike and some equipment I should get. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything, he was taking time to answer my questions and help me with what I needed and was looking for. I was asking for suggestions because I am new in the mountain biking world. Johnny went above and beyond to get me ready for mountain biking, with regards to “rules of the road”, resources for learning, equipment, and opinions on different trail areas to ride. The first gentleman and Johnny treated me like a friend, not just a customer. Thank you so much everyone! You have definitely made a life long customer!

I took two bikes in for repair. As usual the Idaho Mountain Touring team was friendly, listened to my request for a tune up on the bikes, took my information and provided me with a finish date. When the work was done they called me for pickup.
The work they performed was great...they changed a chain, resealed tubeless tire, fixed broken break cables and performed overall tune ups.
