I entered the store minutes before closing to request a tire repair on my daughters bike. Brian could have done like most people and said “sorry we’re closing” or told me it couldn’t be done until the next day but he said no problem and assisted me. He educated me about the difference between the tubes while his co-worker Braxton began removing the tire. The fact that they both made time to help me (and put a smile on my daughter’s face) is something I’ll never forget. Overall, we’ve purchased 4 bicycles from the business and I will always shop there for years to come.
