I called Idaho Mountain Touring and spoke with Morgan to see if they had the bike I wanted in stock and was informed the last one sold that I had wanted. Morgan called me back a few hours later letting me know that someone had returned a bike that was exactly what I wanted and put it on hold for me to check out the next day. I was so grateful to Morgan for calling me to notify me of this, and she did a great job helping me out the next day with my purchase. I was also assisted by a man (I wish I could remember his name) and he went above and beyond helping me get my bike in the trunk of my car to take home. Super happy with my experience and will definitely be back for future purchases! Thank you! 😊

The repair tech was the nicest person. You could tell he liked what he was doing. He explained the problem with the bike seat and the tires and fixed them while we waited. He demonstrated how my son can prevent the same thing from happening again. I left feeling like the store really cared about helping my kids bike work as intended.
