Jake has been super helpful helping me to buy a bike in inventory in Meridian and getting it downtown so the ride home to GC is shorter (I’m way rusty and out of shape). He helped make a shop ticket to get the build prioritized since it was still in the box, good communication all the way. Hopefully it will be downtown for me tomorrow!

What's not to like?
The service is very good. I had questions for the bike shop about some repairs I was going to make myself. They were very helpful and showed me to the tools that I needed.
I was looking for a birthday gift for my nephew. I wanted to purchase some socks for him. I know nothing about Mtn biking, but I received friendly tips from Tad? Tod?. Everyone was friendly and helpful I ended up buying socks and gloves - My nephew loved both of them...also someone showed me the birthday cards, and again I found the perfect one which depicted a bike with a view of the city in the background...and a third person rang me up and gave me two receipts...one for me and one for my nephew (a gift receipt). He won't be using it though as he was quite pleased with the socks (he even happened to be wearing the same brand) and the gloves...score all around. Thanks
I took my bike in for some major upgrades. Dustin was great at working through all the options at the various cost points, found the pieces I needed, told me when the bike would be ready and voila, it was there done just the way he said it would be and on time. I think the actual costs were slightly less than his estimate which is always a pleasant surprise. I've been shopping for bikes, bike supplies, skis and ski equipment at IMT for over 20 years and will continue to do so.
Excellent service! Todd helped us out for literally hours since we are brand new to the mountain biking world. Got us set up with some awesome new bikes. Owen and Dax helped us get some rentals for the day while we wait for our bikes to arrive.
Both locations have great customer service and laudable technicians. My wife and I have purchased four Trek MTB’s for her and our children from IMT. If I didn’t already have my Santa Cruz Carbon CC MTB, I would have also purchased my bike from this outstanding bike shop. Their free tune is great and went above and beyond servicing my oldest son’s bike a few months outside the year window due to our extremely busy life. Also, due to our said life they put a rush on our last tune and had only a two day turn around rather than a standard week turn around! For our family MTB needs we will continue to support this shop!
