I needed to get something and it was a birthday present. I ordered it with plenty of time for it to get there but it arrived way earlier than they originally estimated putting my mind at ease that it wasn't going to make it. Didn't overcharge for the shipping either! I'm pleased and will check them again when I need something.

I bought 2 bikes from IMT in 2022 and the products are perfect for me (Giant DEFY 1 and Giant Mountain Bike) and the after sale service is always fast and hassle free. I used to be a loyal
customer of REI but they are not in the same league as your shop in Boise.
IMT does a great job of cultivating the product line. Staff is always friendly and supportive, and the store environment is a great place to be.
One of the employees, Jerod, was very helpful in helping me find the right solution for my bike. Also just made great conversation in the meantime. I came to this store for the first time looking for break service, and the first shop I went to was way too busy. IMT was very quick, and as I mentioned above, very very helpful. Never going to a different bike shop again!!
