Dax was awesome to work with. He ordered and built up a bike for my wife to ride before we had decided on it. That was huge, and meant a lot to us. Once it was it, he spent tons of time getting the fit right for the initial test ride which was awesome because what can you learn about a new bike on a test ride if it hasn't been set up for you. Finally, he walked us through everything at purchase. I'd buy another bike from IMT, especially with Dax, in heartbeat. Kudos to him!

Your store is really one of my first goto's for certain clothing items and sometimes for bike/backpacking accessories. Clothing selection is good, and your staff are friendly and helpful. Plus you're five minutes from my house! I don't take independently owned/operated retailers for granted, and I'm glad you're in Boise.

Although I had a small purchase, while I was waiting I had questions concerning full suspension mountain bikes. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, and polite. She helped me with every question I had and brought up items I hadn’t considered before.
When it comes time to purchase another bike they will be my first choice!
All I have done is order a pair of shorts and as of yet I have no complaint.
