Turn-around time is always decent. They do great work on e-bike's. They are not "no" people, but are willing to try "whatever." Everyone is friendly. No attitude issues. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I noticed the store carries big name products including TREK. My experience with the employees and the 2 salesman who I dealt with when purchasing my bike was great. They were all very knowledgeable and seemed to care about what exactly I was looking for in a bike and not to mention very curtious. I will most definitely be returning to Idaho Mountain Touring for my bikes needs and will also recommend I.M.T. to anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service.

Idaho mountain touring has a great selection of outdoor products and first rate service. I have bought bikes there and routinely go for bike tuneups and other services as they offer the best bike repair in town. They also have a great selection of accessories and clothing.
We had a smooth, pleasant and professional experience shopping for a bike for our grandson. Brian did a superb job of explaining features and options. We'll be back.
