My experience buying a bike was great. Matt was super patient and let me try several bikes to find the best one for me. I was super sad to have a flat tire already the very next morning due to a faulty valve, but when I brought it by the store, they quickly fixed it and had me on my way again. 10/10 will come back and recommend to others :).

You are reasonably priced and it is a judgement-free zone, even when I bring in my son's cheap bike, you don't bat an eye, and with a positive attitude you tell me how it can be fixed and then fix it!

I brought my MTB in after having issues fixing my bike myself. The staff were happy to share their knowledge and kind to a newbie. They got me serviced a couple hours after I brought it in.
