You always have what I am looking for and the prices are Great. The biggest thing is the customer service. It is Top Notch and it always makes going in an amazing experience. The staff always educates Me and takes there time without trying to over sell and get me out the door.
The staff acknowledged me immediately and offered help to what I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to “over sell”. Appreciate having a true pro shop business in the Treasure Valley, like the old Sunset Sport Center and not a big box store where you have to help yourself and work to find someone to help you. I love their product selection as well.
Great selection of Gazelle ebikes in stock, and Adam was great to work with. He was patient, allowed me to try out several models/versions, and he called me back when he said he would. Everything was smooth from start to finish and I was able to pick up the bike the following day. I'm so happy about my new bike!
