I took my Trek e-bike in after it had been damaged during a recent move. They did a great job in fixing it and getting it done in a very timely manner. I also needed a bike pump and they had just the one that I needed to take care of various items. They were all very nice and knowledgeable about their products.

It had been awhile since I had a tune-up on my bike ... when I showed up, they took the bike and did a quick check, told me there were several things that may need to be replaced before I even left the store and recommended a service that would save me money if they did need to replace a few parts.
Got the bike back and it's much improved .. they did a great job and I'd go back again!
