I have had great experiences with staff and service at IMT. I bought a nice road bike a year ago and had quite a few modifications done to it. Dak was GREAT in helping me buy this bike. Liked the bike so much, I bought the men's version for my husband for Christmas. Service on bikes has been great. Everyone that I worked with was friendly and helpful. Always willing to show us how to do something ourselves. IMT is doing a great job with the current COVID-19 precautions.
