I was so grateful that you are willing to do a curbside try on. The website is clean and it worked wonderfully. The clarity of Your message “masks on” to enter the store was a terrific example for everyone. The staff was helpful and smiling through it all. You’re downtown, so I can bike there. You are a pillar of good locally owned business. While I was trying on my shoes a couple came to the door. Staff greeted them brightly and as they started to come in she invited them to snag a mask and sanitizer their hands. They stopped, did a double take, looked at each other and said “why”? Staffer in a bright smiling voice said “Required, so we’re alllll safe, and we can alllll get through it.” They looked at each other and walked away. Your staffer was outstanding in handling it.

I have had an amazing experience at IMT each and every time I've been there. I've let Dax sell me a mountain bike and a roof box for my car, so you should definitely give that guy a raise! The mountain bike purchase was probably my best purchase of the year--I have had a blast riding this year and I am still thrilled with the purchase. The service has been great and they were even able to squeeze in my two-week "check-up" service for the bike in the middle of the Boise Trails Challenge so I could keep the bike in good condition while I beat myself up riding.
Every employee you have is just rad. You guys have made a customer for life, and I recommend IMT to everyone I talk to. I can't say enough good things. My only issue is that I have to limit my visits to curb my spending.
