For starters you answered the phone and you had the skis I was looking for. From there your team was very helpful and provided advice and suggestions- took extra time to hunt down a pair of boots, and set my skis up to fit the boots so they were ready to go- thanks Amanda. As a year-round commuter, I depend on my bike to get me everywhere. When I need repairs, components, or even just advice, the people at IMT always welcome me and treat me with respect. And they always get me back on the road as fast as they can.
On my last visit, I came in with a broken chain. Within minutes, someone had my bike up on a stand, offering to fix it while I waited. That really helped me out, saving me a long walk home.
