Mark was incredible. He was patient and found the 2 QR baskets i was looking for my 2 Townies. he was very knowledgeable about the baskets. He answered all my questions patiently and calmly. Although the shipping was over 2000 miles the baskets arrived in tact and packaged perfectly with not a bit of damage. They were accurately described by Mark and they are exactly what we were hoping they would be. The QR mechanism keeps the basket from touching my paint in any way and that was the thing that i most wanted t accomplish. Plus the are the perfect size and look. Everything perfect!

We went in looking for mountain bikes for our 3 granddaughters. Sop was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and his interaction with the girls was so fun. We left with 3 trek bikes, helmets, gloves, bells and very happy granddaughters!! We will be back.

Awesome top notch quality product in the color I was hunting for with the cheapest shipping costs of 5 different sites! The package shipment was updated daily via email and even came in a day ahead of schedule! This location was very professional, courteous and willing to go out of the way to look at an issue going on with my daughters derailleur. I was quoted $60 +|~ , with the work date a week out. I received a call 3 hrs later stating the bike was complete.
