I really appreciated the personalized service and I never felt like the associate was in a rush to get me in and out. I do think that the store should offer some sort of discount on related accessories when a customer spends 6k on a bike though...but maybe I am just old school.

Covid has really caused a problem getting bikes (lots of things). In spite of that we got our bikes relatively quickly.
We added several accessories - lights, bottle holders, and slimmed the tires - and that was done quickly. We’ll talk over with friends to see what other accessories we should get and get them soon.
Got the bikes at 5:00 and immediately road them 10 miles. Nice ... very nice.
Took a new bike, purchased out of state, into the shop for some adjustments and they helped me on the spot. Spent about half an hour on my bike and even adjusted some of the gear I had attached that needed retooling. Used their own parts and only charged me ten bucks. They also directed me to an outside supplier for a part that would work best for my bike instead of trying to sell me something they have. I was impressed with the fast, honest, and helpful service. This will be my go-to shop for bike maintenance and supplies going forward.
