Everything! Bill and The Crew are the best in the Valley, and perhaps the best in the West! We had the bikes serviced before doing 2000 miles of driving in 4 1/2 days.... We rode every day, and my lovely wife did 50 each of 3 days back to back to back..... bikes performed flawlessly and it's a tribute to Bill's guidance in bike selection and The Team's assist with maintenance. No one better, bar none!

Friendly faces, good technical staff. Had bike issue while riding..IMT fixed it. Realized no ability to pay...no worries..finished ride to home and called in credit card. Now that is customer service!
