The Store employees are excellent, brought my bikes in for a tune-up prior to major camping trip and had no issues....even purchased a Race Face for my Truck, and 2 of them helped install it!

Terrific service. Whenever I bring in my bike for adjustment or if I have a problem the techs immediately look over the bike and if something small is wrong they will fix it there and then. Great products also.

I can't say enough about you guys!!! Whenever I come in, you're super friendly, really knowledgable and WAY faster than I ever expect. This time I brought my bike in with shifting issues, not sure if it was the rear derailleur or shifter.
I expected to drop it off and pick it up in a couple of days. Instead they put it right on the stand and before I knew it they had the derailleur aligned and had replaced the cable. It's been shifting smoother than it has in a long time, and I didn't even miss a commute day. I always send people to you guys because of this kind of service.

this review pertains to the Meridian store...the mechanics (esp Brian, who helped us) are fantastic! Not only proficient in their work, but also helpful in educating us in the best way to maintain our bikes. We drove 250 miles to come to this shop in Meridian because it is that good!
