One day I was heading out of work and found myself with a flat tire. Making a quick google search found out at what time you guys close and head my way there. You guys were awesome and fix my problem super fast. I love your store from affordable bike lights to camping gear, to bikes I wish I have the money for. I love to go there and spend some time just to take a look at all the gear and equipment!
Plus the people are always so nice and welcoming.
The quality of customer service is far beyond other bike shops. I’ve rented bikes from the Boise location on several occasions. The service team members are happy, not overly rushed, and take time to ensure the bikes are set up correctly and all terms are understood. The rental bikes are clean and well-maintained.
Employees seem genuinely happy and empowered to provide excellent service.
Inventory selection is also a plus. The stores I’ve visited are easy to shop ( no clutter) and have pretty much anything you beee to enjoy time outside, on the bike.

Easy to deal with. Downside is when I tried to order a bike from meridian location it was on backorder until March 2022. I had a look online and their boise store had it in stock. Why was this not offered as an option?
