IMT is a great place to shop. I am actually really surprised that John remembers me and what Bike's I have purchased every time I come in. I don't even see myself as a big-time customer, but people in the building treat me like I belong there. They don't even make me feel bad for asking beginner questions on how to do something that every Mountain Biker seems to know. I appreciate the service. Thank you.

Good help from the staff
I can feel good about shopping at IMT because I know Chris takes good care of his employees and that matters - a lot. The service during, before, and after the sale is always great, and they carry only the highest-quality products. IMT is a landmark store in Boise. I shopped there when it was a tiny, little store on Jefferson St. and it was always a hive of activity.
IMT also handled the COVID-19 pandemic perfectly. I felt safe going in there and the staff were demonstratively appreciative of the customers who visited at that time.
