Morgan (and one other woman associate) helped us customize, educate, and answer all our questions. We were also impressed with the speed of your bike mechanics - they were great. While my wife and I were on a bike ride I had a flat tire a block from your store in downtown Boise. I bought a tube and some tube sealer from your store and was changing out tube in your parking lot beside building. One of your employees saw me outside when he was testing a bike and saw I needed assistance. He went inside to get me the proper tool and made sure I got my bike going again.. i call that going above and beyond. I will be back again

It was great to order from Idaho Mountain Touring. The shipment came on time and without any issues. My gloves were hard to find in the color, type, and size I wanted/needed.
