I really liked working with Idaho Mountain Touring. I ordered a discontinued Swix beanie from them, it matches my backcountry skiing wardrobe perfectly and I was so excited to accidentally find it. They promptly emailed me after purchase, letting me know that the hat had be stained in storage and it was the last one. They included a photo. After chatting with them I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I really appreciate the communication. I dropped the hat in some OxiClean when it arrived and the stain came right out in 10 minutes. It's a perfect, brand new hat now! Such a wonderful company. They really take care of their customers. I will be a customer for life. Thank you so much Idaho Mountain Touring!

Great local shop. Excellent communication after purchase on coordinating local pickup. Note- I didn’t see an option to choose which location to pickup. Not sure if that was user error on my part, or if choosing isn’t available.

Turner was great helping me pick out the best bike rack for my needs. He got it assembled early the following morning as I told him I was hoping to use it right away. He installed it and demonstrated how to use it. Very helpful and made for a good shopping experience.
