Cameron helped us choose and adjust the seat on our son’s first bike. He was helpful and accommodating and listened very kindly to the ramblings of an excited 5 1/2 year old. Every employee we encountered was friendly and offered to help. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The staff always takes very good care of me. I brought my bike in for repair on Sunday and was back on the road Wednesday. This store help build my bike frame in September 2020, and its the only place I go for repairs/tune-ups.

I came into the store needing assistance specifically with sizing on a particular bike.
After waiting several minutes and nobody helping or acknowledging me I was ready to leave .
However, Ernesto came out of nowhere and was extremely helpful. His level of professionalism and knowledge was appreciated. He did not try to upsell me, or selll me things that I didn’t need. We went straight to the point and I ended up walking out with a bike. Ernesto deserves all the praise in the world.
Ernesto is the only reason I purchased that bike and the reason I will be coming back in the next few weeks to purchase another bike for my fiancé.

Always excellent
Eric did a great job replacing the chain, cassette and derailleur hanger on my road bike. The repairs were completed much sooner than I expected, and the shifting is now super-smooth - - bike rides perfectly! Considering the amount of labor and the new components, I thought the cost was pretty reasonable, and I appreciated his phone calls to discuss the work that needed to be done and to let me know when the bike was ready.
I like that your entire crew lives the bike life and I see them out on the road every day!
