Quick, friendly service to get a bike wheel part replaced. I expected to leave the bike overnight but one of the technicians fixed it within five minutes at a very affordable cost. I bought one bike here and this is my go-to place to get service on either of my bikes. I recommend the shop to everyone.

Fantastic customer service (and I rarely ever say that about any store or retail establishment) and fair pricing for services.I was price gouged at one of your competitors for a very basic service (they charged me 5x what I was charged at Helen's). From now on I will definitely go to Helen's whenever I have a repair or issue that needs fixing with my bike.

I have bought 2 other bikes from Helens in the past, Monty is a great sales person at your SM store. I spent a few weeks deciding, rode a few models and I when came back two weeks later.. Monty could remember what bikes I rode and liked. Monty put me on a more expensive model than what I was looking at price wise..He said just give it a spin? I ended up Loving it.. bought It . I would have never guessed I would have spent the money I did after all the comparisons I did On-line. I was initially looking at Specialized and I was not impressed with the customer service there, so I started looking at Trek. My budget was more in the Marlin 8 range and I ended up with a pro-caliber 9.5 Carbon and absolutely Love it!!

All the sales guys are great, and heck i ride bikes with a lot of them, so i KNOW they know what they are talking about! Mike Davis, is my favorite...and Cameron has helped me a zillion times. There is NO better mechanic than Eric Rodas, and i trust him with all my bicycles.
