I've bought my bicycles at Helen's, and before I could afford new ones I went there to get service for my second-hand ones. The staff are professionals all the way through, knowledgeable about cycling and want you to be able to share in the joy of riding. I come out feeling confident that the only limit on my cycling safely and enjoyably is me
The staff really knows a lot about the bikes. Also, the very best customer service. People are so nice.
Was passed several times by store employees but wasn’t asked if I needed help until the 5th time. Not even a greeting.

My experiences with Erick in service are ALWAYS top notch. I really don't have anyone else work on my bike unless I am out of town and needsome work on it.
I’ve been a customer of Helen’s since back in the 90s. I bought my first road bike there in 2011 and have been taking all my road bike needs to Helen’s repair shop. They have always been very thorough with the repairs and quick.
The experiences I've had with Helen's Bikes in Manhattan Beach, CA. have been exceptional. I specifically speak with Greg and the Manager. I have purchased over $20k in bikes of the base several years. Great selection and exceptional service.
Service is good,Stock. Selection of bikes. some prices are good, knowledge is great, parts don't always have the tires in stock.
