I was delighted by Wilbur’s shared sense of urgency to help restore my bike to continue my vacation as planned with daily rides. I’m visiting Santa Monica from Santa Fe, NM for 7 days, and breaking a gear shifter on day two was disastrous. After locating a replacement for my Campagolo Record component the same day, I was back on my bike the next day.

Super quick service to replace my Shimano DA9100 crankset under the Shimano recall. They got the replacement in three or four days and I rode in and rode out 10 min later. Went back for a slight tune up after riding a few times, shifting perfectly. They could not have been more attentive and pleasant. Thanks to Daniel and Edgar and the whole team for a really pleasant experience.

Everyone could be more friendly. I also think notes from customers should be taken when they drop off their bike so the customer isn't disappointed when they pick up their bike when things are not done or something is done that was not asked for.
