Your repair technicians are very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I brought my bike in on Wednesday morning, and they called me on Thursday to say it was ready. I was please and surprised by the quick turnaround.
First, the staff is ALWAYS approachable and supportive. You've built a good community with how you interact with people.

Ian did an excellent job. He’s very knowledgeable about bicycles and cycling equipment, so all I had to do was give him my budget and he provided me with different choices while avoiding being pushy. I'd definitely buy from Helen’s again
