I dealt with Alfredo when I dropped off my bike for basic tuneup. He was very friendly and helpful and told me my bike would be done in a number of days so I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that my bike was ready to be picked up the next day. Service did a wonderful job tuning up my bike and the bike was nice and clean when I picked it up. Another service guy was so kind to hook up my bike rack and load my bike on the rack. Great service. Thank you.
i’ve been a Helen’s customer since 1989. There’s always a huge variety of bikes, shoes, clothing, parts, etc, to choose from at a variety of price points. This store caters to every type of cyclist from beginner to elite, young to old, affluent to budget. The Santa Monica store’s friendly, knowledgeable staff make shopping (and browsing) a pleasurable experience.

I love Wilbur but the service department installed the rim strip on my rear wheel incorrectly after a bike cleaning and I got a flat five miles into my first ride after retrieving my bike. That is pretty pathetic. They should have been more careful. I can install a rim strip correctly.

Called me personally and told me about my issue with my TREK ELEC GO 2022.
He told me my options and how he diagnosed the issue [ very hard work and trial and error & I know from my experience with this bike -- other bike shops would have not gone to this step ]
Not only did he mention his findings we discussed warranty options and with this option - i emailed over my receipt and we were in fact covered by warranty. This was fantastic. Not only did he help me with this bike I was so impressed and actually in the mood to get a non electric mountain bike - i ended up purchasing a TREK MARLIN 5!
