I’ve been using Helen’s for all my bicycle repairs for years. Mechanics do a great job.
Always do a great job with repairs and tune ups.
Personal service. Edgar is a wizard, Daniel is a wise man and Greg in MB knows his stuff and seemingly everyone personally by name. He gives thoughtful product recommendations that are very well informed.

I drive from Torrance to use your service department, there is not another cycle shop that comes close. All the techs are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The sales staff is also nice when we buy our bikes there. My bike is always done right and on time.

I’ve bought 5 bikes (4 Cannondale, 1 Trek) from u guys. Your bikes are quality. My 1st Cannondale (back when the were 100% American-made..100% lemonade)… but next 3 Cannondales have been great, light, easy to handle. New Trek I just bought, during 1st ride, has some adjusting needed. Last 2-3 lowest gears when climbing chain keeps popping off or not staying in gear. Services & sales people were friendly, just bike not sufficiently tuned up before selling…

Cameron was great ! Very friendly and knowledgeable about saddles and all my other questions . Helen’s is a classic , and i have shopped there for 30+ years . I test rode bikes there in the 90s but ended up buying a Colnago from I Martin . It’s great to know that Helen’s is still committed to those amazing Italian bikes . The Pinnerelo’s and Colnagos upstairs are as beautiful as bikes get in this universe and I loved spending time up there with them. I have not been here in years since I moved to another part of the city, but I’ll be back because there is nothing like this store anywhere near me!!!

I had a recall on the brakes on my Trek. Helen's arranged to get the necessary parts quickly to fix the situation and took me in on short notice and had my bike back to me on the same day. They were friendly and caring.
The guys in the service shop are 90% reason i use helens. Wilbur, Freddy, Eric and the others are super. theyre fast and very friendly.
Ian was awesome. Found me a great bike and bike rack for my car. Helped me install the rack and made the whole process super seamless. Very happy with my experience at Helen’s.
