They did a great job of handling the assembly and communication with the bike company for the bike I ordered. I made it confusing and they sorted out the issue for me with the company rep. My bike assembly 🤌🏾

Great selection of bikes/accessories. I just got a new Sram Axs transmission and it was giving me problems - wouldn't go into gear, would go into gear and then out again, was making terrible grinding noises, etc. I tried to adjust it but couldn't get it to work. So I took it in for repair and Wilbur quickly spotted the issue and fixed the problem. Now it's running perfectly.
Great service, prices a little high for tube install, but I can’t imagine charging less if I were in your shoes. It was worth the cost when coupled with the expert advice received, I just wouldn’t recommend to everyone for price reasons.
Can't believe how supportive this company is. Found out they were GIVING away their bikes for residents trying to get into the Palisades to confirm the worst. I've been recommending to everyone. Heart of gold, Helen's, thank you.
