In my 25 years of cycling, I can confidently say that Helen's is the best local bike shop (LBS) I have ever had the pleasure of using. They meet every need I have as a rider and any requirements my bike may have, often going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.

Great selection of bikes/accessories. I just got a new Sram Axs transmission and it was giving me problems - wouldn't go into gear, would go into gear and then out again, was making terrible grinding noises, etc. I tried to adjust it but couldn't get it to work. So I took it in for repair and Wilbur quickly spotted the issue and fixed the problem. Now it's running perfectly.
Great service, prices a little high for tube install, but I can’t imagine charging less if I were in your shoes. It was worth the cost when coupled with the expert advice received, I just wouldn’t recommend to everyone for price reasons.
Service techs are great
Easy to deal with Adam in renting a bike for the day. Very helpful in giving options given the limited riding time I had. Bike was in great shape compared to other bike I have rented from different companies. Pickup and drop off was easy and efficient.
