My lower score is becuase I am concerned about the fac tha twice inte 6 months that I have had my TRek Domane + bike I have had to have the rear brake adjusted. The first time it was done free of charge but now about 3 months later I had to have it done again.. I did not receie a satisfactory explanation why it recurred so soon. this is a new bicycle so why the same problem within 6 months.

Helen’s staff, products and repair services are the best around. They are one of the oldest cycling stores in California. Will never leave them, and I’ve been going to this same store for over 40 years.
