Wilbur did a fantastic job fixing my bike. I always go to Helen’s for service. I’ve also bought my beautiful my bike from the shop & I’m very happy with my purchase.
Helen’s staff, products and repair services are the best around. They are one of the oldest cycling stores in California. Will never leave them, and I’ve been going to this same store for over 40 years.

The bike rides great and everyone was very friendly.
I would say a quick sync on what was done to my bike or at the very least paperwork with notes about work done and anything of concern to look for (worn tires, brakes, etc)

Service department was excellent!! They were all very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job at a reasonable price.
Helen’s is the jam. Prices are competitive with much larger online retailers, But you get the local bike shop vibe and the benefit of a knowledgeable, experienced sales person. And Helen’s always has new stuff I haven’t seen before that I wouldn’t necessarily find online. I know it’s easy to sit at home and press a couple of buttons to have your cycling stuff sent to your door. But do you really want to have to deal with returning stuff that wasn’t quite right? If you’d gone in to a local bike shop you would have bought the right thing in the first place.
The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and eager to educate you.

I think I should have been measured properly for the bike size I bought. Therefor had to change the handlebar and it was a bit of a pain since I don´t live in the US. You chneged it without any problem whatsoever and that was very good

I recently visited LA and Helen’s cycle’s kindly rented me a bike for a couple days. From the very first enquiry they answered all my questions in double quick time. I picked up the bike which was exactly as described met all my needs and was in great shape.
