Staff was helpful and friendly.
The sales people have lost track of my work orders on two separate occasions in the past 3 months. And that’s pretty bad considering I’ve only had two work order this year.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I was attended by Leo who gave me personnel attention and lots of information as I was transitioning from aluminum wheels to carbon. My bike Service was efficient & timely(24 hours) and I got a text and call to remind me to pick up bike which was very helpful. Enjoyed riding my bike today !

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked with a great diversity of bike equipment, clothing, accessories, and of course bicycles. I love this place!
You should update your website so that your online store actually rejects what you have in your brick and mortar store. I didn't receive anything that I ordered. Response time was more than the "2-3 business days" you say in your order confirmation it will take to complete the order for pick up.
The store manager Daniel is very helpful with customers and the service people are excellent!
Taking good care of the neighborhood riders since my first visit in 2006 - recently did a great job rebuilding my bike after an accident- i wouldn't have taken anywhere else!! Keep up the work I. Martin, socially distanced, of course!

Super easy bike repair. I received a text when it was done and picked it up in no time! Also, I ordered a new bike and the personal attention and advice was second to none. Helen's exceeded expectations again.

We can trust Helen's when it's time to service our bikes. This year we have relied on Helen's much more so than any other year since we've been customers there, about 30 years ago. Wilbur has been particularly helpful for many years. He has made all the difference, helping us every step of the way with repair work. We have spent more time this year cycling through steep terrain and need to have the peace of mind that our bikes are in good working order. He has done this for us. We are extremely grateful for this not only in 2020 but in years past.
It is to Helen's credit that they have employees of Wilbur's caliber and the reason we will continue to patronize the Santa Monica store.
Order was cancelled for lack of inventory. Previously I tried ordering bikes and didn’t get emails or calls returned on multiple occasions across months.
