The employee who helped me pick out my bike was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful!
Frank was so incredibly knowledgable and patient with us as we tried two different bikes. He answered our clearly beginner biker questions in a way that made us excited to start riding.

Everyone was very helpful and I found just what I needed
Everything, it’s the culture of the shop that has me hooked. The products are all superb, those being bikes and everything else along the walls and sections of the store. The services? Don’t even get me started. You walk into Helen’s knowing immediately that whatever you need help with, surely you’ll be able to get it because the staff members care and want to assist you in any way possible. It’s like having a family away from home. It’s exceptional is what it is. 10/10.
First of all we found the bick that we were looking for, second all the stuff who work there are very helpful and carry to satisfied their customers. Their welcoming vibe wanna make to go back anytime without hesitating. You guys are the Best!

The service, individual help, and friendliness of the staff at I Martin is top notch, the best. I recently bought a Trek Powerfly 4. This great service team, Amanda, Scott, and Audrey were all super patient, knowledgeable, and helpful to me.
I was trying to decide between 2 different Trek bikes. That took me a few days to make my decision after many test rides and even more questions. They never rushed me and more importantly were patient and knowledgeable when I had lots of questions. I was moving from a racing bike owner to an ebike potential owner and knew nothing about ebikes.
I now know much more about ebikes and so I bought my Trek ebike from this great group of wonderful people.
I am now a loyal customer of IMartin bikes.

You guys were organized and prepared for the customer, having everyone check in and then wait to be seen inside worked well, everyone seemed happy and willing to help, good attitude all around, good inventory in-store, everyone had good attention to detail and took personal responsibility for the customers and their needs, regardless of who was helping them.

I met Jay in Palm Springs and he was so considerate and proactive in helping me get my daughter a new Trek mtn bike!
I was blown away by how thoughtful he was, especially while the bike business is booming and there are long wait times and back orders!
Jay not only held my desired bike for me but he also met me at the shop, fitted my daughter for the bike and made sure it was perfectly customized for her.
I can not recommend Helen's more highly.
I inquired about a womans bike last year in June, stopped at the store and i was told i would be given a call or email since some more were expected to be in stock within a month. I never received a call, very disappointing. This place is local, conveniently nearby but i will shop elsewhere.
