Such kind, professional service. I could tell instantly I was getting help from people who were passionate and knowledgeable about bikes. I haven’t had a new bike in decades. I’m excited to ride this bike and go on bike rides with my daughter.
Great and reasonably priced products and unwelcoming and knowledgeable service.
In Sept. 2020 I went to get a bike for my husband and the sales person (male) put in a request at another store to inquire about a bike because the Manhattan Beach store was out of it. Never heard back.

I did not get a reciept for my favorite bike when I dropped it off but was promised a text receipt soon. 4 hours later I called and finally got someone to pick up and they yelled at someone else about my receipt and then I was told it would be sent soon. 30 minutes later I got a text, (Thank you for shopping at Helens" was all it said. A bit later I got a call from Jay and that impressed me. I told him about the text and he said he would send me an email receipt. That never happened. Jay said He would check into getting my part fixed at Cannondale and called 3 days later which was nice but I missed his call and had to call back.It took 20 phone calls over 2 hours to finally get someone to pick up. These are the things I would improve. Helen's is an important asset to L A and I hope you're around for a long time. Since I'm communicating I'd like to spread the word that L A is a ripe location for a year round bike resort with a lift or shuttle. It would keep people from building their own trails and jumps. Somebody could make a lot of money and sell a lot of bikes.
I'm really disappointed with the information abut the bike warranty,, the sales rep give me the wrong information about it,, the customer service with the same guy very poor, zero actitud,
