Your service guys are great. But why aren't you open 7 days a week? You would certainly have enough business....
Under these trying times, I know how difficult it is to obtain a bicycle. They continued to work with me to ensure that I got a bike suitable for my age, stature, etc. I felt I was listened to and that I was respected.
Great staff that listen and care. Safe retail environment. Best selection in Los Angeles. I will only shop here for all my bicycle needs.
The sales staff members take their time with the customer to ensure they are buying what they want and need.

I have been buying and servicing my bikes at Helen’s for 25 + years. Even if the bike exceeds my skill set I sometimes am seduced by state of the art gear and I find on the floor at Helen’s. I am seasoned but still like to get after it hard so now I like ElectIc MBs. I was resistant at first but talking to Monty... “hit it hard and fast and double your ride distance” and I did . Great for exploring.
Anyway, I have gone off the reservation out of necessity a couple of times but I am loyal when I feel like taken care of. I always trust the guys for the good info and service. THX

everything happened exactly as they said it would -- on time, safety precautions in place, and easy follow-up via text/email notifications.
Personal touch. Sales and tech people are approachable and get help when they don’t know answers. All are cyclists, which helps a lot.
Waiting time is horrible! While other people (who I guess are employee’s friends) can come and go
