everyone was very nice and friendly. There was a mix up with my husbands bike, we were sold a sold bike. They didn't realize this until the day that they called to tell me my bike was ready. This sounds like a negative review, but things happen and the important thing is, they were very willing to remedy the situation. They upgraded my husbands bike and split the cost difference with us. They got the new bike ready for us by the next morning. It isn't about a perfect experience, It's important that when things go badly, there are people that are willing to work towards a resolve.
Also a great shopping experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Best bike shop!
Amazing customer service! Travis was extremely friendly and helpful ! He found me a great bike that was in my budget and exactly what I wanted! He said the special ordered bike would take 10 days but I got if the next day ! I can’t say enough great things about this bike shop. He even offered me free tea for my mom and I while we waited !
Went there to buy a kickstand for a Trek I just purchased. I told the worker I was new to bikes with Presta valves and asked him if he could briefly educate me on how to inflate them. He grabbed a tube and showed me how it's done. Thanks

Came into shop and checked out an ATX for our Son and Trek for the husband ;) early fathers day gift. K was so helpful from start to finish he is so kind, chill, and really amazing!
They know what they're talking about and truly want you to be happy with your purchase. Their customer service is definitely top notch. I'm so glad we stopped by.

Brought my bike in because it was not shifting. They did a quick repair that fixed the problem and did not charge me. They also adhered to social distancing. Great service.
Was able to get the bike delivered at a reasonable cost. Bike was already tuned up.
Might be a good idea to provide the option of using the delivery truck as a way to show customers the bikes and test ride. If they it than 50% of the cost to showcase at a customers residence can go towards the bike otherwise 100% of cost goes towards providing the mobile showcase.
Products are top quality, and service people are always friendly and helpful.

Keith was absolutely great. He diagnosed the problem after a quick look at my bike. My wife was correct when she told me "Let the pros work on your bike."
My bike never rode better. In fact it rode so well and flawlessly that on a whim I rode 101 miles with 5000 feet of climbing yesterday with a friend.
Patrick was great when I picked up my bike. I bought a new Bontrager Specter WaveCel helmet. Prior to my visit I researched bike helmets and decided the Specter was a strong contender. I asked Patrick several product knowledge and technical questions. Patrick gave me no BS answers. Just facts about the various helmets I was considering. His honesty was the reason I bought the Spector.
Finally, a tall female with short hair also helped me. I didn't see a name tag nor ask her name. (Sorry, no fault of her's but these days I'm very cautious of asking females' for their names). She was very kind and helpful. She was apologetic about the new COVID19 store policies and the very short wait line. I completely understand. It's best to be safe and to take care of your employees and customers. (I really want FBS-EH to be there when I return for another bike rebuild or repair.)
