My son and I are new to cycling and the staff was very helpful in explaining things to newbies like us ! There was a bit of a wait to get some help due to COVID but very understandable.
My husband and I are very new to biking, and both Noah and Patrick took time to answer any and all of our questions without making us feel stupid.

Our family of 5 went in to just see what bike would fit two of the kids. We stood in a line of pleasant people while waiting to get into the store - covid 19 reality. We were greeted by Erin and she was fabulous!! She listened to our needs, made suggestions, let us ride as long as we needed, and was very patient. We ended up purchasing 3 bikes and couldn’t be happier with out purchases. Thank you.
